Changes to Public Trustee Services

From July 1 2019, the Public Trustee will only create new Wills or Enduring Powers of Attorney free of charge for eligible concession holders or people who are subject to a protection or administration order issued by the Courts or the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

If you have a current Will or Enduring Power of Attorney with the Public Trustee, these services will continue as normal.

However, if you do not hold a concession card, any changes made after 1 July 2019 will need to be made by a lawyer, private trustee company or other alternative.
