Customer notices: Temporary changes in response to COVID-19
The Public Trustee is operating under changed conditions in response to the current COVID-19 environment. During this time it may not always be possible to contact your usual estate officer. Where this occurs you will be referred to another estate officer who will be able to assist you with your enquiry and maintain your contact records. Telephone calls, messages and incoming mail are reviewed daily and assigned to a team of officers to review and complete. Thank you for your continued patience during these difficult times.
